Games Bet Terms and Conditions – Full Platform Rules

01General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full and binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Games Bet ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the website at gamesbet.im and all associated services, games and betting products offered by Games Bet.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any game or feature on the Games Bet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. You also confirm that you are using the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.

These Terms apply to all users of Games Bet, including visitors who browse without an account. All registered users are additionally subject to the Games Bet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

02Account Registration

Each person may hold only one Games Bet account. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual – whether using the same or different contact details – is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited pending investigation.

Registration Requirements

• You must be a natural person, not a company or automated entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration, including your legal name, Pakistani mobile number and date of birth.
• You must not register using another person's identity or contact information.
• You must maintain the accuracy of your account information and update it promptly if anything changes.

Account Credentials

Your Games Bet username and password are personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Games Bet will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Games Bet support immediately.

03Age Verification & KYC

Games Bet is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly allow any person under the age of 18 to register or use any feature of the Games Bet service. If Games Bet discovers or reasonably suspects that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accrued during the period of underage play will be forfeited.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Games Bet is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention obligations. KYC verification will be triggered before a player's first withdrawal and may be requested at any other time at Games Bet's discretion.

Acceptable KYC documents for Pakistani players include:

• Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) – front and back.
• Valid Pakistani Passport – biographical data page.
• Proof of address document dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of Easypaisa or JazzCash account registered in your name).

Documents must be clear, unaltered digital images. Games Bet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point if the platform has reason to believe that the information on file may be inaccurate or outdated.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the Games Bet platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Games Bet does not apply currency conversion charges and does not impose transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Mobile Wallets: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay
• Bank Transfer: IBFT to designated Games Bet bank accounts
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 for mobile wallets; Rs 500 for bank transfers and cards.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Games Bet will not process deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Games Bet reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals if the deposit method has not been previously verified.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• First-time withdrawals require completion of KYC verification before processing begins.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 11 PM Pakistan Standard Time are typically processed the same day. Requests submitted after 11 PM are processed the following morning.
• Games Bet does not charge withdrawal fees. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges which are outside Games Bet's control.

05Bonuses & Promotions

Games Bet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet promotions and other time-limited offers to both new and existing players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all Games Bet bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to registered Games Bet players only. One bonus per player, per promotion period.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real money.
• Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion. The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses at Games Bet is 15x the bonus amount.
• Games Bet reserves the right to modify or withdraw a promotion at any time, but will not alter the terms of a promotion that a player has already claimed and is actively working through.
• Players found to be creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once will have all accounts suspended and all bonus funds forfeited.

Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, all Games Bet bonuses expire 30 days after the date of issue if the associated wagering requirement has not been completed. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically and cannot be reinstated.

06Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the Games Bet platform, including cricket betting, PSL betting and any other sporting markets offered on the platform.

Bet Acceptance

• All bets are subject to acceptance by Games Bet. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion without providing a reason.
• A bet is confirmed only when it appears in your Games Bet bet history with a confirmation number. Bets that have not been confirmed should be assumed not to have been accepted.
• Minimum single bet: Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip before placement.

Void Bets

Games Bet will void bets in the following circumstances: match abandonment before the minimum required play period has been completed; clear and obvious pricing errors; events that did not take place as scheduled; and any other circumstance where Games Bet reasonably determines that the integrity of the market has been compromised. Voided bets have their stake returned to the player's real-money balance.

In-Play Betting

In-play markets on Games Bet are updated in real time and are subject to delay. Games Bet reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including to protect the integrity of the event. Bets placed during a period where the outcome was already known but in-play markets had not yet been suspended may be voided.

Maximum Payout

Maximum single-event payout limits are set per sport and per market. These limits are displayed on the Games Bet bet slip. In the event that a winning bet would produce a payout exceeding the applicable maximum, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum and the excess will not be paid. Maximum single-event payout for cricket is Rs 2,000,000 per account per day.

07Casino & Card Games

This section applies to all casino and card game products on the Games Bet platform, including but not limited to: Live Baccarat, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Fishing Games and any other casino products offered by Games Bet.

Game Rules

The specific rules for each game are displayed within the game interface itself, accessible via the information icon on every table and game screen. These in-game rules take precedence over any informal descriptions of game rules appearing elsewhere on the Games Bet platform.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a live dealer game or casino game round, Games Bet will attempt to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last stable state. If restoration is not possible, the round in question will be voided and all bets placed in that round returned to players. Games Bet is not liable for any inconvenience or perceived loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction.

Session Disconnection

If you are disconnected from a live dealer table during an active betting round, your last confirmed bet will stand. Bets that had not been confirmed before disconnection will be void. Games Bet recommends using a stable internet connection and ensuring adequate mobile data coverage before joining live dealer tables.

08Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Games Bet is committed to maintaining a fair playing environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances.

• Use of bots or automated betting software – all bets must be placed manually by a human player.
• Collusion between players – coordinating betting strategies with other players in live games or on betting markets to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors or glitches – knowingly using a software bug to gain an unfair advantage. Such winnings will be forfeited regardless of the amount.
• Money laundering – using the Games Bet platform to transfer or clean illegally obtained funds. Games Bet reports suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
• Match fixing or insider information – placing bets with knowledge of fixed match outcomes or non-public insider information regarding sporting events.
• Abusive behaviour – using offensive, threatening or abusive language toward Games Bet support staff or other players in any chat feature on the platform.

09Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may close your Games Bet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@gamesbet.im. Upon request, your account will be closed and any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned via your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days.

Closure or Suspension by Games Bet

Games Bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment methods.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity – accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts retain their balance but may be subject to a monthly Rs 200 inactivity fee after the 12-month period.

Where Games Bet closes an account for reasons other than a breach of Terms by the player, any real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

10Responsible Gaming

Games Bet takes responsible gaming seriously and provides a full suite of player protection tools built directly into every account. We believe that gaming should be enjoyable and within your means at all times. If at any point your use of Games Bet is causing you stress, financial difficulty or is affecting your daily life, please reach out to us and use the tools below.

Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they activate.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. Games Bet will display a warning and log you out when the limit is reached.
• Reality Check: Enable a prompt that appears at intervals of your choice to inform you how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Games Bet platform for a minimum of 30 days, or longer periods including permanent self-exclusion. Takes effect within one hour and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12Limitation of Liability

Games Bet provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Games Bet's liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Games Bet is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data or any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures or disruptions to payment processing networks outside Games Bet's control.
• Any consequences of a player's failure to read or understand these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits Games Bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13Amendments to These Terms

Games Bet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, Games Bet will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications that do not materially affect player rights may be updated without advance notice.

Continued use of the Games Bet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should close your account before the effective date by contacting our support team.

The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update to these Terms. Previous versions of the Terms are retained on file and can be requested via our support team.

14Governing Law & Contact

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the Games Bet platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Games Bet is licensed and operates. Games Bet will always attempt to resolve any dispute with a player through direct negotiation before any formal process is initiated.
