Account & Registration

Go to the Games Bet registration page, enter your Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and a strong password. Confirm your age and agree to the Terms and Conditions, then submit. An OTP is sent to your mobile for verification. Enter it and your account is live – the whole process takes under 60 seconds.

Yes. Creating a Games Bet account costs nothing. There are no registration fees, no monthly subscription charges and no fees just for holding an account. The only money you put in is the deposit you choose to make when you want to start playing – minimum Rs 200.

You must be at least 18 years old. Games Bet enforces this during registration and again during the KYC identity verification process before your first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 is closed immediately and all funds are returned.

No. Games Bet permits only one account per individual. Opening multiple accounts – under the same name or different details – is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you already have a Games Bet account, please use the login page to access it.

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and an OTP will be sent to your phone. Enter the OTP, then set a new password. If you no longer have access to the registered mobile number, contact our support team at support@gamesbet.im with proof of identity.

For security reasons, changing your registered mobile number requires identity verification. Log in to your Games Bet account, go to My Account > Profile and submit a change request. You will be asked to verify your identity via OTP and in some cases by submitting a copy of your CNIC. Our support team processes these requests within 24 hours.

KYC is required before your first withdrawal. You will need to provide a clear photograph or scan of your Pakistani CNIC (front and back) or a valid Pakistani passport (biographical data page). You may also be asked for a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account confirming ownership of the payment method. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours.
Deposits & Payments

Games Bet supports all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit at Games Bet is Rs 200 via Easypaisa or JazzCash. Minimum amounts vary slightly by payment method – IBFT bank transfers have a minimum of Rs 500 due to bank processing fees. All minimums are displayed on the deposit screen before you confirm the transaction.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your Games Bet account instantly – usually within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. NayaPay and SadaPay deposits take 1 to 3 minutes. IBFT bank transfers can take up to 2 hours depending on your bank's processing speed. Card deposits are instant. If your deposit has not appeared after the expected time, contact our live chat support with the transaction reference number.

First check your Easypaisa or JazzCash transaction history to confirm whether money was actually deducted from your wallet. If money was deducted but your Games Bet balance did not update, contact our 24/7 support team via live chat or email support@gamesbet.im with your transaction ID and screenshot. If no money was deducted, your payment failed cleanly and you can simply try again.

Standard maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players who have completed KYC verification typically have higher deposit limits than unverified accounts. You can also set your own voluntary deposit limit through My Account > Responsible Gaming to keep spending within your personal budget. Contact support if you need a higher limit for a specific transaction.
Withdrawals

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. IBFT bank transfers take 1 to 3 business hours depending on your bank. Card withdrawals take 1 to 3 working days. All withdrawal requests are reviewed within 30 minutes during business hours and within 1 hour outside business hours. Your first-ever withdrawal requires KYC verification which adds up to 24 hours for first-time requests.

The minimum withdrawal amount at Games Bet is Rs 500. This applies across all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash and IBFT. There are no withdrawal fees charged by Games Bet. Your payment provider may apply their own transfer fees which are outside Games Bet's control.

Pending status means your withdrawal request has been received and is in the review queue. All withdrawal requests go through a standard security check before processing. Most are approved within 30 minutes. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 2 hours without an update, contact our support team via live chat and provide your withdrawal reference number for a priority review.

Yes. KYC (identity verification) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a standard industry requirement to prevent fraud and protect players. You will need to submit your CNIC (front and back) or passport, and proof of payment method ownership. Once your KYC is approved – usually within 24 hours – all future withdrawals proceed without further documentation.

Yes. Live in-play betting is one of Games Bet's most popular features among Pakistani cricket fans. Odds update ball by ball during live PSL and international matches. You can place bets on the next over's runs, next wicket, current partnership total and match winner while the match is in progress. A live score widget is shown alongside the betting interface.

The minimum bet at Games Bet is Rs 50 for most sports betting markets. Some in-play markets and special markets may have a minimum of Rs 100. Betting limits vary by market and match type. Maximum bet limits are displayed on each market before you confirm your bet slip.

Games Bet settles winning bets within 30 minutes of the official result being confirmed. For cricket matches, settlement is based on the official scorecard. Winnings are credited directly to your Games Bet account balance and are immediately available for withdrawal or further betting. If a settlement appears incorrect, contact support within 48 hours of result with the bet reference number.

Responsible Gaming

Log in and go to My Account > Responsible Gaming. Select Deposit Limits and choose a daily, weekly or monthly cap in PKR. Reductions take effect immediately. Go to My Account > Responsible Gaming > Self-Exclusion. Choose a period: 30 days, 90 days, 12 months or permanent. Your account is locked within one hour.
